Food is amazing. Restaurant is too small and the close too early. Service is good if u can get a table.

Had the Skillet Melt. Perfectly delicious ham and good turkey together melts perfectly on the grilled toast. The pancakes are great too. They do that little trick to make them better than usual. The big downer is the hash browns like most places. They went with over cooked instead of undercooked which is good. Don't know why people cook them too fast, they are potatoes.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. Food was very good, and tasted fresh. Service was also very good, with attentive staff who were very polite. I would love to see gluten free bread or buns offered on the menu.

'Tinkerbell' was great and accommodating. It is a smaller place but still comfortable. There were four of us and 3 of us got different skillets and enjoyed and the other got one of the Benedicts. Good portions and good flavor.

With all the amazing places to eat in Sonoma County it's hard to stand out but Skillets is right up there at the top with their delicious food! I like that they keep their menu simple and make sure everything they make is of high quality. The place is pretty small and they fill up fast so don't be surprised if you have to wait a little while to be seated!

My husband and I were on the way to Healdsburg and decided to stop in Windsor for some breakfast. I'd remembered seeing Skillets listed online a while back when we were searching for restaurants in the area so we decided to try it out. Skillets has a nice outdoor seating area where dogs are welcome, which I appreciated. We sat inside and were tended to right away. Our server was very friendly and nice, and brought us some water and coffee as soon as we asked for it. I ordered the Denver omelette and my husband decided on the breakfast burrito. Normally the burrito comes with bacon but my husband asked if he could have chorizo instead and they were happy to oblige. My omelette came with hashbrowns and toast. My omelette was perfectly cooked and was packed with the fillings. My hashbrowns were nice and crispy as I like them. My husband loved his burrito and was so full after just eating a half that he took the other half home. Everything was delicious and the service was wonderful. My only request next time would be a little bit stronger coffee. We're not in the Windsor area too often but Skillets will definitely remain at the top of our list for breakfast when we're nearby.

This is a regular go-to spot for us. Outside dining area is nothing fancy, but the food and servers never disappoint. They have an extensive menu of breakfast items, burgers, wraps and salads. My favorite is the breakfast quesadilla, (scrambled eggs, cheese, ham, tomato) and hash browns. We also ordered the chorizo scramble with hash browns and wheat toast. The food is always excellent. The employees are efficient, hard working and pleasant. They are always busy, rain or shine. Plenty of parking shared with other businesses and Raleys. They close at 2:00 daily.
